Villa Ileana Oliveri, an organic farm, is located in the heart of the Madonie mountains (in the municipality of Collesano), at an altitude of 550 meters.

Correlating passion, love and effort, the owners Marina and Massimo intended to dedicate the company to Baroness Ileana Oliveri and are focusing on regaining the original taste of the products.

The uncontaminated air of the hills, combined with the favourable sea breeze, have created a unique microclimate which gives it an unparalleled alchemy of smells and fragrances resulting in an individual touch to products it makes.

Beyond any logic of the market and the globalization under which the taste sensations have suffered in recent years, the company has always had the sole objective of rediscovering ancient Sicilian flavours now lost or forgotten.
